Shadow to Gift ~Somatic Alchemy Practice
PLEASE READ ALL KEY POINTS BEFORE THE PRACTICE
One of the questions I receive the most is - “How do I unlock my gifts”?
There is a lot of insight I could give you around this question - however, the most powerful way is for you to find out yourself… that is why I created this practice.
This practice is a fusion between my love of Tantra and the Gene Keys - threading through a deeply alchemical somatic journey. This practice gives you the opportunity to release old patterns (shadows) and rewire (your nervous system/somatic being) in alignment with your highest potential (gifts).
Some Key points before the journey:
💫 You can choose a Gene Key you’d like to work with OR simply a trigger (shadow) you’re aware of - and the quality of present loving compassion (gift)
💫 You DO NOT have to understand the Gene Key before you begin, but make sure you have some resonance with the shadow/gift qualities - allow the Gene Key to reveal itself through you
💫 Make sure you have a private safe space with room to express, sound, move
💫 I invite you to really give yourself over to the embodiment/expression (the shadow embodiment literally looks like an exorcism when you’re fully in it 🤪)
💫 If it ever feels too overwhelming resource & regulate yourself (i.e. hugging yourself, wrapping yourself in a blanket, tapping gently, massaging, speaking soft sweet words to yourself)
💫 This is a 43 minute practice, I invite you to put on meditative music that supports you to drop in
