Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, you can cancel up to a week before our scheduled reading for a refund of 40%, if you cancel after no refund will be issued.

Reschedule Policy

If you need to reschedule, a 48 hour notice is required (unless, of course it’s an emergency), or the charge is $100.

No-Show Policy

If you do not give any notice, and do not show to our session, the charge is $200 in the case that we are re-booking another session. If it’s an emergency, there will be no charge.

I will wait up to 15 minutes and if I don’t hear from you and you don’t show - I will assume you are not coming.

Internet Connection

Please ensure you have good internet connection, if it does not work for our session - and we have to re-book the session, the charge is $200 extra.
