I invite you to explore this 36 minute practice while playing with and building your sexual turn on the entire time. It may take some experience for you to get used to Tantric self-pleasure practices- as they work best when we can stay in full presence, and continue to expand and build pleasure without needing to climax until it’s complete. At first, it’s possible to find the audio distracting from pleasure - it all depends on your practice and relationship with sexual pleasure.

Set up a private ritual space for yourself. Feel free to use whatever pleasure tools you like. You can also put some music in the background to help you drop into pleasure.

A part of a Tantric practice is acceptance itself, for whatever arises during or after the practice. It is the art of surrendering to whatever surfaces, to be felt, heard and expressed. Give yourself this opportunity to connect with your body, heart, emotions and spirit.
